Property Manager

We are currently seeking a full-time Property Manager to join our team in the Denver/Aurora/Wheat Ridge, CO area.

We are a large multi-state property management company seeking a unique, experienced Apartment Community Managers for our Colorado Properties.  We offer competitive pay and benefits using an entrepreneurial, solution-based management approach with focus on providing excellent customer service and a positive living experience.  The successful candidate will have a great personality and demonstrate the ability to create the needed energy, excitement and focus to make the entire property team successful.

What We Offer:
$28.85 - $38 per hour ($60,000 to $79,040 per year) based on experience and community size
Accrued Paid Time Off = 2 weeks paid time off for the first 4 years. Increased after 4th year to 3 weeks, 4 weeks upon the 6th year and 5 weeks at year 10
7 paid holidays per year which includes your birthday
401K - Matched at 2%
Medical insurance, Dental, Vision - 75% paid by Plenty of Places. Free $10,000 Life Insurance paid by the company

What You’ll Do:
Ability to train, coach, and guide team in a positive productive manner
Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
Attention to detail and accuracy with good organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Maintain effectiveness of the on-site staff through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and guidance
Ensure that community appearance and repairs are noted and completed on a timely basis
Utilize marketing strategies to secure traffic as well as oversee property advertising and marketing sources, such as online and social media sites

Position Requirements:
Must have 2+ years of on-site management experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Google
Property software experience required
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance
