OmniGuide Inc is currently seeking an International Customer Service Sales Manager to join their team in Billerica, MA

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Customer Service Sales Leader to join our team. 

This role plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing and supporting our international distributor network focused on international markets. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales strategies, but most importantly supporting the downstream business activities to our distributor network and ensuring the attainment of sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional partners like Sales, R&D, Training, Regulatory and Corporate communications.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead support for international distributors
  • Sales planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, monitor progress and take corrective actions to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Distributor/ Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients and partners
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reculare sales performance reports to Managing Director
  • Cmpliance: Ensure all international sales operations comply with relevant regulations and standards
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the international inside sales team.
  • Develop marketing resources to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Marketing campaign design and optimization.
  • Design and conduct sales training workshops.
  • Market research and monitor competitive landscape.
  • Build network of key opinion leaders in the Urology. Gyn. Robotic. ENT. Oncology space.
  • Hands-on work with demand forecasts and sales reporting
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, experience in Sales, customer service or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership, preferably in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Team-oriented with a strong leadership presence.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Required experience in combined medical product marketing and sales: 5+ years.
  • Effective presentation skills with ability to communicate clinical and complex instructions clearly.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft applications: Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of marketing concepts, medical devices, and the healthcare market. He/she thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at thinking on his/her feet.
WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Competitive pay of $65,000/- to $75,000/- annually, commensurate with experience.
