Registered Home Infusion Nurse

An ADP client, Veros Health is actively seeking for Home Infusion Nurse (RN) to join their team in the Northern Territory location(s) at Boulder, Adams & Northern Jefferson Counties.

About Veros Health:

Veros Health is a Specialty Pharmacy providing infusion therapies. The Home Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for assigned patients to include assessments, care planning, evaluation and education for patients receiving infusion therapy in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home. Veros Nurses Infuse Specialty Therapies in the home. We infuse drugs like IVIG, SQIG, Ocrevus, Entyvio & more… If you like to take charge of your patient’s care this is the job for you!

Reports to: Home Nurse Manager

Working Schedule/Environment: Patient Home /M-F 8a-5p/36-40hr per week

Essential Functions:

             RN Degree, BSN Preferred

             Nursing experience with background in Home Infusion preferred

             Current nursing license for applicable state

             Experience in Clinic Infusion, ICU, ER, Cardiac Care or Labor & Delivery can be a plus

             Excellent customer service skills

             Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

             Proficient with EHR systems

             Proficient with use of IPAD/Laptop

Language Skills:

             Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

             Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

             Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form.

Additional Qualifications:

             3 years clinical experience as a registered nurse with one year of infusion (preferred).

             Current CPR certification.

Equipment Used:

Standard office equipment, including, but not limited to computer, phone, fax, copier. Medical equipment to include infusion pumps , vital signs equipment
