Lead Generation Representative

An ADP client is currently seeking an experienced individual to be our next Lead Generation Representative to join our team in our Bowling Green, KY 42101 location.

What you’ll do:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. 

Make prospecting calls to set first appointments

Following up on marketing campaign leads

Prospecting new clients, helping fill seminars

Confirming inbound and outbound appointments for senior sales consultants

Following up on no-decision quotes

Supporting senior sales consultants with research, materials, and opportunities

Helping lead the way for continued growth of the business, and your career

Track activity levels against goals

Integrate with both inside and field sales reps to maximize prospect potential

Other duties may be assigned by management

Our Perfect Candidate

Education and Experience:

2 years of sales experience working with technical products and services

Outgoing personality and desire to grow client relationships

Ability to speak confidently with Decision Makers (Owners, CEOs, CFOs, VPs, Directors)

Detail oriented with a sense of urgency and commitment to results

Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Basic understanding of sales funnel stages and the associated needs of prospects at each stage

Ability to follow a sales process and provide feedback on ways to improve it

Knowledge of CRM - Infusion

USA Citizenship required

Required Abilities and Skills:

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player

Excellent written skills, oral skills, phone skills

Demonstrated track record at achieving measurable goals in a fast-pace environment

Prior objection handling experience

Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity

Able to learn and understand product solutions and features

Flexibility to work in a changing environment

Company Offers:

Hourly rate is $15 to $17

Commission structured based on call volume

Monday thru Friday, NO weekends
