About the role

Kalloc Studios is currently seeking a Technical Assistant to the CEO to join our team in Carlsbad, CA 92011.

About the Role:

  • The Technical Assistant to the CEO goes beyond traditional administrative duties; it is an opportunity for professional growth and learning. The successful candidate will not only assist but also contribute significantly to our team. This position serves as a launchpad to executive managerial roles, offering a unique chance to evolve professionally within our organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Production Team Management: Collaborate with the Operation Manager and the production team to ensure seamless operations. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing production activities
  • Sales Team Support: Be the backbone of our sales team by providing administrative and operational support. Your tasks may include preparing sales reports, coordinating meetings, and enhancing customer relations
  • Master Company Operations and Product: Immerse yourself in our cutting-edge software, Fuzor, used for construction 4D planning. Understand the intricacies of our operations in the US and Hong Kong, including business model, payment system, and license management. This knowledge will be instrumental in supporting the CEO and other teams effectively

Our Ideal Candidate:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering field preferred 
  • Knowledge in construction or civil engineering is a plus
