About the Role:

·         The Inside Sales Support Administrator will collectively support existing customers with quotation requests and provide leadership to the team to achievement of maximum profitability and growth with customers in line with company vision and values.

What You’ll Do:

  • ·         Works within existing customer network supporting existing sales – quote requests – responding to inbound requests in a timely
  • ·         Maintains accurate records of pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales team
  • ·         Maintains contact with clients in market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • ·         Supports business plans and sales strategies for branch to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • ·         Serves as coach and mentor to inside sales personnel.
  • ·         Promotes vision by providing customers with creative and broad-based solutions to assist in achieving their goals
  • ·         Works collectively with inside sales and field sales leaders to ensure effective communication within branch
  • ·         Maintains limited and strategic account responsibility in branch
  • ·         Supports the performance and development of the team
  • ·         Executes sales initiatives and strategies to penetrate new markets
  • ·         Works with divisions to coordinate sales activities and initiatives
  • ·         Other duties as assigned

Our Ideal Candidate:

Education and Experience

  • ·         Minimum of 2-3 years of prior sales administrative experience
  • ·         Lighting design and/or electrical background preferred  
  • ·         Bachelor's degree preferred
  • ·         General proficiency in computer skills

Required Skills and Abilities

  • ·         Strong background and track record in managing creative sales initiatives is preferred.
  • ·         Strong professional sales and consultative skills, ability to coach and mentor growing sales team.
  • ·         Strong organizational skills
  • ·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ·         Good interpersonal skills ability to work well with internal and external team members
  • ·         Strong attention to detail
