An ADP Client, ServerFarm Data Centers is actively seeking a Site Administrator to join their team in Chicago, IL.

Role: North America Critical Facilities Services – Site Administrator

Reports to: Director of Operations – Site


ServerFarm Critical Facilities Services provides two main functions. SFCFS seeks to deliver uninterrupted power and cooling to each data center in the ServerFarm portfolio. This is complimented by providing remote monitoring services to both internal sites and external clients.

The Site Administrator role performs functions critical to the day-to-day operational success of each site. The position reports to the Director of Operations and supports operational, Financial/Accounting, administrative and people related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Staff’s security desk and provides visitor and vendor validation and check-in functions during assigned work hours.
    • Working with the CFM and/or Site Director, ensures that time sheets for all hourly personnel onsite are correct and submitted on time.
    • Creates all site related Purchase Orders.
    • Works with NA Admins and Site Directors to ensure completion of annual training at each site.
    • Reviews and validates invoices in support of the CFM and/or Site Director.
    • Participates in site meetings relating to budget reviews and annual budget creation.
    • Participates in and drives document gathering and organization in support of annual audits.
    • Participates in site staff meetings and keep meeting minutes as required.
    • Ensure that site supplies are managed and ordered as required to maintain inventory.
    • Supports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for clients.

Other Responsibilities:

    • Timesheet process and approvals.
    • Site financials reporting and auditing processes.
    • Successful annual audits

Shared Accountabilities:

    • Participates in NA site admin meetings and works with other admins to drive commonality and best practices for all sites.
    • Support activities at other sites as required to ensure operational success of the NA team.

Additional Position Details:

    • Onsite work Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, OT eligible
    • 100% employer paid benefits
  • 10% bonus target (based on company performance, etc.)
