Digital Health Communications Associate
New Ocean Health Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Digital Health Communications Associate to join our team in Conshohocken PA, 19428.

About the Role:
As a member of the Clinical Team, the Digital Health Communications Associate is accountable for assisting New Ocean’s business leaders in delivering innovative digital wellness and condition management programming that supports our clients in maintaining or improving the health of their employees/members in new and effective ways. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Team and the Software Development team in the creation of clinical program content. 
  • Assist in developing content and refining the user experience for a variety of Health and Wellbeing programs.
  • Assist in the development of communications with cross-functional teams to ensure strong, consistent messaging throughout the organization and across audiences.
  • Assist in writing user-facing program explanations, descriptions, messaging, and social blogs.
  • Assist in the maintenance and organization of NOHS’ Content Management System (CMS).
  • Assist with client communications as it relates to program enhancements/changes
  • Provide overall support to the Clinical team:
    • Maintaining up to date Clinical documents in SharePoint
    • Assistance with Client Reports
    • Coordination of Clinical Advisory Board meetings and communications including meeting minutes and agendas
    • Assistance with formatting documents and PowerPoint presentations
    • Assistance with backend uploading and maintenance of Social blogs and communities
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, communications, marketing or related field
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams 
  • Experience with database management a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with a Mac preferred
Skills and Abilities:
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong editorial skills and a working knowledge of correct grammar usage, spelling, and punctuation 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven
  • Adherence to project timelines and meeting deadlines
  • Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Compensation and Benefits: 
  • $50,000-$60,000 per year
  • Comprehensive benefits package offered
