Accounting Manager

 We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX 75220.

What You’ll Do:

• Issues/ reviews financial statements with shareholders and plant management
• Issues and reviews financial statements with shareholders and plant management
• Ensures customer billing and accounts receivables are timely and managed according to terms
• Reviews and investigates cost changes, inventory adjustments, cash flow statements and forecasts, reviews and reconciles stock status to general ledger and inventory receipt accruals.
• Provides analysis on financial performance of the plant and reviews with management team

Our Ideal Candidate:

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Accounting or Finance
• Food/ Beverage and Manufacturing experience highly desirable
• Excel skills
• Financial statement and reporting experience
• Strong organizational skills along with problem solving and analytical skills
• Able to meet deadlines with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• 4 years or more of ERP experience
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office systems [Excel and Outlook] and an ERP software.
• Able to calculate figures and amounts for all bookkeeping, payroll, budgets, statistical analysis and probability statements

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Employment/Education will be verified.
• Applicant must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Must be willing to work from office in Dallas, TX. No relocation will be offered.
• Must be willing to provide information and pass background check and consumer reports.
