CheckSammy is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join the team in Dallas, TX 75001.

About the Role:

·         The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will support the Accounts Receivable Manager and be responsible for collecting payment for sales of the Company services in accordance with our processes, procedures, and requirements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and reconcile client accounts and deal with issues or invoice discrepancies, such as pricing, quantities, billing issues etc.
  • Contact reps on Pending PO’s
  • Prepare invoices for payment submission to clients
  • Coordinate sales orders to print invoices with PO’s and manage those files
  • Answer all emails requests from clients, Reps, or Purchasing Dept. etc.
  • Assist with related special projects as needed

Our Ideal Candidate:

Education and Experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Jobber is helpful, but not required
