Business Development Representative (Remote)
 
We are currently seeking a full-time Business Development Representative to join our team remotely.
 
Who We Are:
We are a fast-growing software developer that provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution for companies offering IT support to the SMB market.  Our diverse client base ranges from one-man shops to those with hundreds of employees.  We have clients in over 20 countries and host our software in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Our solution is a category-defining offering that is transforming the SMB IT services industry.

We are headquartered in Dallas, Texas, but have no physical office.  We are a remote-only employer with employees located across the United States from Portland, Oregon to Miami, Florida.  We embrace remote work and utilize it to keep our staff engaged, informed, and always feeling like a part of an exceptional team.

We are led by a former public-company CEO with over 30 years of experience in the software industry and already have in place a solid and experienced management team.
 
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to be a key member of our growing Sales Team.  You’ll drive impact with us by identifying and qualifying leads and communicating our value proposition to prospective MSP’s during the initial phase of the sales process.  We’re looking for volume!  Your responsibility will be to produce leads via inbound and outbound funnels, book demos and prep a sale for close by prospecting, researching and qualifying prospects. 
 
What You'll Do:
Help drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and surfacing of under-penetrated inbound pipeline
Identify and target emerging MSPs and learn more about what the MSP is looking to achieve
Communicate our value proposition and technical abilities to prospective clients during the initial phase of the sales process
Transition engaged MSPs into the hands of our Account Executive team to continue the sales process via demo
Independently manage a pipeline of multiple prospects and document progress of each account
Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify new opportunities and become knowledgeable on competitor products to develop strategies to successfully promote CloudRadial
Work closely with our Solutions, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful outbound campaigns
Act as a brand ambassador to create a positive first impression with our prospective clients
Gather project requirements from each client in the demo phase of each call
Communicate with our sales team regarding the progress of each prospect to ensure they have the best chance of meeting for a demo with our Sales and Solutions team

Our Ideal Candidate:
Education and Experience
1+ years of experience in customer success or sales experience

Required Skills and Abilities
Ambitious to crush your quota and dominate your target market
Proven communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Solid attention to detail; excellent organization skills with the ability to balance numerous prospects
Customer champion mindset
Willingness to learn in a high-paced SaaS environment

What We Offer:
$70,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience
Mandatory vacation – you are expected to periodically recharge and refresh
