Compliance Specialist
We are currently seeking a full-time entry-level Compliance Specialist to join our team in our Dallas, TX 75235 location.

Your Part in It:
Working as our Compliance Specialist in our Compliance Department you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and completion of regulatory and compliance documents to ensure compliance documents meet federal, state, and local government requirements.
What the Job Entails:
• Files for Federal approval with the Tax and Trade Bureau
• Reviews and updates systems daily with approvals and information
• Processes TABC reports for company, company entities and affiliates
• Processes Texas Comptroller Reports
• Processes Out-of-State monthly reporting
• Updates TABC license for all customers
• Updates payment log for tax paying states
• Assists with new licensing for new locations
• Files compliance requests with state and government agencies
• Provides COLA and Use Authorization Letters for Distributors
• Updates tracking sheets with approval codes
• Reviews Inbound with TABC report, request necessary documents and inputs into system daily
• Updates TABC approvals for company affiliates in system
• Reviews TTB website daily and reports updates
• Adjusts labels to apply for TTB approval
• Responds to request for review of labels.
• All other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Experience in Excel and Word

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
