HR Generalist
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in our Dallas, TX 75235 location.

Your Part in It:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our growing organization. This position will administratively and operationally support the goals of our company. As the HR Generalist, you will perform a variety of functions and will have exposure to many aspects of the organization.
What the Job Entails:
• Plans and promotes office events for employee relations activities and programs
• Serves as first point of contact for employees
• Conducts full-cycle recruitment
• Conducts new hire onboarding and orientation
• Update and maintain employee information and records through ADP
• Processes payroll
• Champions new ideas and initiatives that foster and support efficiencies, creativity and innovation within the organization
• Coordinates the distribution and communication of projects including but not limited to the Employee Policy handbook, 401K, open enrollment, performance reviews and employee recognition
• Identifies early on potential employee-relations issues and takes necessary action
• Responsible for ad-hoc reporting
• All other duties as assigned by management
What We Are Looking For:
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent field
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience with ADP highly desirable
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Required Skills and Abilities
• Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
