About the role

Implementation Specialist (Remote)

We are currently seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to join our team remotely.

Who We Are:
We are a fast-growing software developer that provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution for companies offering IT support to the SMB market.  Our diverse client base ranges from one-man shops to those with hundreds of employees.  We have clients in over 20 countries and host our software in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.  Our solution is a category-defining offering that is transforming the SMB IT services industry.

We are headquartered in Dallas, Texas but have no physical office.  We are a remote-only employer with employees located across the United States from Portland, Oregon to Miami, Florida.  We embrace remote work and utilize it to keep our staff engaged, informed, and always feeling like a part of an exceptional team.

We are led by a former public-company CEO with over 30 years of experience in the software industry and already have in place a solid and experienced management team.

About the Role:
As an Implementation Specialist you will become our subject matter expert for our brand-new clients looking to Implement our software.  You will be consultative, timely and meticulous while providing best in class solutions to bring operational maturity to our customer’s organization.  This individual possesses a passion for customer satisfaction, obsession for accuracy and a blend of technical and customer-centric skills that will deliver a positive business impact.

What You'll Do:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of an implementation for new and existing customers
Communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations
Serve as the customer’s point of contact during their implementation
Assist in the review of client processes and the development of new workflow plans
Drive business impact to our clients through implementation project plans from start to finish
Ensure successful deployment and satisfaction of each implementation plan
Work in conjunction with our Implementation Project Manager for successful delivery and completion of each project
Train the client through key product learning milestones for effective application usage
Keep educated on competition, MSP space, and competitive issues within space
Ability to clearly articulate issues and concerns to management and support

Our Ideal Candidate:
Education and Experience
2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Client Support, Customer Success or Technical Support
2+ years of proven experience in implementation, product management or training
Previous MSP experience is a plus but not required

What We Offer:
$60,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience
Mandatory vacation – you are expected to periodically recharge and refresh
401(k) with Safe Harbor company contribution of 3%
