About the role

Regional Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team.

Who we are:
We are a manufacturer of domestic water pumps, fire pumps, hydronic systems and other type of pump stations.

About the role:
This is a remote position with 35-50% travel in the following regions: MS, TN, AL, FL, VA, NC, SC & MD. You must be located close to a major airport and have ease to travel to the corresponding region.
This position will be dedicated to the generation of continued sales of TIGERFLOW products through different manufacturer representatives across different states. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

What you’ll do:
  • Actively engage with existing reps and provide support to sales activities
  • Evaluate representatives and identify new or replacement candidates in underperforming or unrepresented areas
  • Report leads and activities using the CRM software
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on progress and sales forecasts
  • Maintain a minimum level of calls, visits and training to develop awareness of the products
  • Issue expense reports on a timely manner following the guidelines from the company policies
Requirements:
  • Experience working with manufacturer representatives 
  • Experience working with centrifugal water pumps in the commercial Plumbing, HVAC Fire Protection, Municipal, Wastewater and/or other related industries.
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to use CRM to report sales activities and generate reports
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales
