Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team in our Elk Grove Village, IL (60007) location.

About the Role:
We have been in business for over 22 years and is a large format digital printing company that specializes in POP, POS and custom signage.  We are seeking a positive, hardworking, motivated, and detailed oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team.  The position will work with various levels within the sales and customer environment to ensure all deadlines are met.

What You’ll Do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned 
Supporting sales and clients with quotes, gathering all elements to produce jobs, producing job tickets from company software programs and putting jobs into production
Working with sales and clients for approvals to meet customer deadlines
Acting as liaison between the customer and manufacturing areas through the completion of work to ensure deadlines are met and submitting all paperwork for invoicing 
Utilizing software to know where jobs are in production and be properly prepared for production meetings
Holding kick-off meetings with management and other departments on larger projects 
Assisting other departments when necessary to meet customer deadlines
Reviewing jobs throughout the production process in the production area periodically
Occasional overtime may be required 

Our Ideal Candidate
Education and Experience: 
3+ years of large format printing or project coordination experience required

Required Skills and Abilities:
Sitting, standing or walking for at least 8 hours/day
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook  
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Must have excellent organizational, follow-up and communication skills; verbal and written 
Positive attitude and good phone etiquette
Self-starter requiring little day-to-day direction
Work in a fast-paced environment with a team and/or independently, and must be able to multi-task
Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
Comply with all company policies and procedures
