Customer Support Representative
M2 Facility Solutions LLC are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dover/Manchester New Hampshire.
About the role:
We are looking for knowledgeable, reliable, and motivated representatives.
Duties:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Call Clients before Service
- Call Clients after Service. Inform client of the results of the service call.
- Call Clients to ask, “did you receive the Quote we sent on xx/xx?”
- Verify Account Info
- Ask if there’s anything else we can do
- Client Surveys
- Develop Plans for Customer Retention
- Offer Ideas and Procedures to Improve Services
- Translate Business Needs into Action
- Help Organize Projects and PMs
- Review Company Protocols
- Immerse themselves in the workflow of Local.
- Exceed Expectations
- Be able to step in when SK is out
- Cross Selling with Rooter Man
Our ideal candidate:
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
- Must be able to work independently, have a desire and ability to learn, and be a team player.
