We are currently seeking a Production Associate to join our team in our Hawthorne, NY 10532 location.

About the Role: 
Clarapath is looking to hire a motivated Production Associate who will perform a variety of clerical and manual tasks including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and assembler duties to produce and process parts and assemblies.

We are a rapidly growing business with the opportunity for the right candidate to continue advancing their role and responsibilities as the company grows. 
What you’ll do: 
Core duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintain safe, clean, and orderly conditions at all times in our facility, receiving, shipping and warehouse areas
Adhere to all company’s safety requirements as well as OSHA requirements.
Pack and process packages correctly to be shipped
Inspect, receive and unload incoming orders and compare information on packing slips with purchase orders and invoices to verify accuracy of shipments
Sort, count, label and log inventory, which is shipped or received
Use dolly, forklift and other moving equipment to transport shipments from loading dock within the warehouse/facility
Record and correct inventory discrepancies
Build parts per digital work instructions without deviations
Post process 3D printed parts (i.e., parts removal, cleaning, etc) in a consistent manner

Our Perfect Candidate 
Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED required 
Basic computer skills
1+ years of experience of shipping and receiving and/or assembly preferred

Required Abilities: 
Must be a team player
Physically able to lift heavy boxes
Capable of operating forklifts and other equipment to move heavy shipments
Willingness to be hands on and do the job with precision
Experience in data entry
Strong organizational skills
Pay close attention to detail
Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
Communicate clearly and effectively
Manage time efficiently
Demonstrate solid problem-solving skills
Demonstrate awareness of proper warehouse and factory safety procedures
