An ADP Client, Proactive Dealer Solutions is actively seeking an Inside Account Executive to join their team in their Huntersville, NC office.

About the Role:

Proactive Dealer Solutions is experiencing a high growth period and seeking an Inside Account Executive for their expanding team. The Inside Account Executive will primarily be responsible for generating new business to business sales via handling inbound leads as well as generating hunted opportunities in your assigned territory. The Account Executive (AE) pay plan is made up of a base salary, and commissions based on a number of unit goals by product on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving growth and meeting PDS sales targets by successfully identifying and converting business opportunities in your assigned territory.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Handle all inbound leads and follow-up for your assigned territory ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Coordinate with the Fulfillment team to hand-off accounts from Sales to Fulfillment , smoothing ensuring a high retention rate.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan and build relationships with your territory that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Adhere to sales processes and utilize Salesforce as instructed.

Ideal Candidate:

·       3+ years of demonstrated experience in Automotive software and/or Professional Services sales

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

·       Strong work ethic and proactive attitude

·       Comfortable with Modern Retail and Service Retention concepts and strategies

·       Experience tracking all sales activity in Salesforce or relatable CRM  

·       Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


Additional Important Information & Offerings:

  • M-F, 9 – 5 hours; In-Office Work Schedule
  • $60,000 base salary with on-target earning potential of around $110,000
