Director of Corporate Services

An ADP Client is actively seeking for a Director of Corporate Services to join their team in Irvine, CA.

About the Job:

• Director of Corporate Services is a part of the Executive team with the responsibility to oversee non-revenue generating operations/systems and ensure they run seamlessly and efficiently.
• The Director of Corporate Services job description entails providing strategic planning, operational support, and research and advise to senior management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning, and facilities management.
• It also involves facilitating communication and training for service staff, as well as collaborating with the key member of the culinary and operational team in ensuring compliance standards are upheld.
• Director of Corporate Services is also responsible for ensuring that employees conform to the companies’ policies and procedures from an operations and service perspective, including labor and wage laws; FMLA, STD, LTD, and OSHA.
• They also ensure that departmental goals align with organizational goals and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives.
• They are also responsible for the supervision of support staff, including managing their training and development.
• They also oversee expense management, including budget tracking, headcount ratios, and travel and expense reports, and other kinds of expenses pertaining to the organization, with a focus on adherence to company's policies.
• When working in a service sector, the corporate services director work description may include managing all sectors of the business under the management company. That's what include the Mercato, warehouse management and restaurant management.
• The director of corporate services act as a contact point between the complex and various departments within the organization as necessary and manage the day-to-day resolution of partner service inquiries and concerns.

Essential Duties & Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Must be tech savvy and open to learning new restaurant applications.
• Must be proficient in Excel and Office 365 applications.
• Must have 5-7+ years in the Hospitality or Restaurant management industry.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must have basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Must have time management and organization skills.
• Must have basic HR knowledge.
• Must be open to working on weekends and flexible hours.

Preferred Skills:

• Restaurant 365 knowledge
• Aloha POS knowledge
• ADP knowledge

Salary Range:

·        $85,000-$100,000 with Bonus and full benefits. Compensation is based on experience.
