Sales Development Associate - Full Time- Hybrid

We are currently seeking a Sales Development Associate to join their team in Flatiron/Manhattan, NY (10003).

Workplace Type: Hybrid (Remote on Mondays & Fridays)
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + Commission + Performance-Based Annual Bonus

About the Job:
As Sales Development Associate, you will help refine the sales process by assisting sales team members in acquiring and analyzing new leads. The ideal candidate can effectively and efficiently manage daily outreach, including cold calling, emailing, and other forms of communication.

Job Duties:
  • Cold call and email businesses to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with new prospects via phone and personalized emails to facilitate positive and productive long-term relationships.
  • Strategically gather feedback from outbound outreach to provide constructive recommendations on executing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with key decision-makers at target institutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage outreach and analyze client information.
  • Provide high-quality service to clients while also driving revenue for the firm.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience.
  • Previous work experience in a results-driven environment with a record of success in prospecting, qualifying, and developing a sophisticated client base.
  • Proven ability to understand technical subject matter and convey its essence through written and verbal communications.
Good To Have Experience:
  • Proficient with CRM software, Salesforce preferred.
