Solesdi is currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida 33137.

About the Role:

·         The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing business growth efforts on behalf of a company.Their duties include conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads, coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers, and other business partners.

What You’ll Do:

  • ·         Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
  • ·         Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth.
  • ·         Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms.
  • ·         Developing the commercial strategy and the commercial direction of projects
  • ·         Negotiating with customers and manufacturers
  • ·         Building and managing relationships with customers maintaining sustainable and productive relationships
  • ·         Conducting market research, promoting, and positioning Solesdi brands in Miami (not limited)
  • ·         Monitoring the progress of projects
  • ·         Overseeing the performance of the commercial team, tracking your sales pipeline, goals, and reporting results as necessary.
  • ·         Providing direction to the project team
  • ·         Pursuing new business opportunities
  • ·         Identifying and managing commercial risks
  • ·         The showroom monthly goals is assigned at the end of the previous year and it will be coordinated with you.
  • ·         Meet and exceed sales targets
  • ·         Oversee ongoing training of your salespeople
  • ·         Developing your sales team through motivation, passion, counseling, and product knowledge education
  • ·         Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions

Our Ideal Candidate:

Education and Experience

  • ·         Minimum 2 - 5 years of Commercial Sales experience within the Merchandising or Retail setting
  • ·         Experience working with electronic data
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs

Required Skills and Abilities

  • ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ·         Good working knowledge of the consumer goods industry
