Portfolio Administrator
Private Advisor Group LLC is currently seeking an experienced Portfolio Administrator to join our team in Morristown, New Jersey (07960).

Job Summary:
The Portfolio Management team has the overall responsibility for implementing portfolio maintenance and allocation changes across the in-house WealthSuite accounts. The individual will also be a key resource directly interacting with the advisor partners on our platform including education, portfolio design, and trading specific questions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.
- Lead the management and execution of the daily trading related processes to fulfill all incoming requests for our centrally managed platform accounts.
- Manage and maintain model portfolios in coordination with firm strategists.
- Maintain and operate daily work queues to address incoming service requests regarding cash movement and strategy changes.
- Support the director of platform sales in expanding platform utilization within our firm.
- Provide internal reactive and proactive platform support to advisors.
- Training individuals on how to best utilize the platform and technology.
- Maintain and manage platform marketing content and materials with internal and external partners.
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of related experience within the Financial Services industry
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66
- Experience managing and trading model portfolios
- Experience managing portfolios within the Orion Eclipse system and/or similar trading and rebalancing tools is preferred
- Experience with utilizing Salesforce case management workflows is preferred
- Deep understanding of portfolio construction and investment products, including knowledge of managing taxable vs. non-taxable accounts
- General understanding of investment objective categories and risk tolerance
