Venchi is currently seeking a Retail Facilities and Project Coordinator to join our team in the New York Tri-State Area.

About the Role:

·         The Retail Facilities and Project Coordinator will be acting as a liaison between the Construction and Retail team in new store projects as well as oversee ongoing store maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage every step of new store openings, from the first site visit to the project close-out. Reference point for all internal & external professionals involved to ensure that project deadlines are met. Assist in the preparation of the construction budget and ongoing project cost monitoring.
  • Stores restyling management and light refurbishments support. Orders, scheduling and management of direct purchases.
  • Stores equipment management and maintenance through outside vendors
  • Regular construction-site and stores visits
  • In-store temperatures monitoring through temperature sensors
  • Admin support for all facility management matters

Our Ideal Candidate:

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in store construction, facility management or retail development preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related
  • Project management skills
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Advanced Excel, Project, and PowerPoint skills
  • 40-50% travel required - Hybrid Opportunity

  • Strong organizational skills with constant attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel, to meet the needs of the business
  • Ability to walk a job site, climb ladders, and scale multi-floor scaffolding

  • Competitive pay $75k-$80k; commensurate with experience
