Account Supervisor (Remote position)

Job Duties:
  • Playing a pivotal role in handling many of the day-to-day activities for account teams, including working with senior members of the team to oversee projects and provide client counsel.
  • Assembling new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals
  • Lead junior account staff in coordinating and executing all day-to-day account deliverables; supervise and train junior account staff; provide quality control, determine workflow and assignments.
  • Develop relationships and coordinate correspondence with external audiences: key opinion leaders, third-party organizations, healthcare professionals, policymakers, media, online influencers, etc.
  • Develop and edit high-quality written materials, including media correspondence, speaking abstracts, and marketing collateral.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage financial aspects of client including budget tracking, activity reporting. 
  • Contribute to agency’s business development efforts. 
  • Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent client service
  • Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines
  • Meeting with other executives to discuss clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes
  • Developing budgets and timelines for clients and the company they work for
  • Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
  • Uncovering and understanding a company’s needs
  • Attending client events and managing client events
  • 4-6 years of experience in a communications agency or in-house team setting.
  • College degree in relevant field.
  • Strong interest in healthcare and wellness, and a desire to learn is essential.  
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and nimble self-starter with a willingness to “dive in.”
