Service Technician

We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our team in Miami, FL.

What You’ll Do:

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting over the phone to assist technicians with fixing our products on the field in a more efficient way.
    • Traveling for visiting installations, major issues and distributors, on-site repairs.
    • Update and improve service documentation and manuals for training and better technical support purposes.
    • Keep active communication with technicians regarding updates and modifications on the products.
    • Warranty service and parts claims. Update reports and indicators.
    • Provide technical training to distributors and technicians.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Required Skills and Abilities

    • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the manufactured products (Food Service & Commercial Laundry Equipment)
    • Ability to travel up to 30%
    • Bilingual REQUIRED (English as primary, Spanish as secondary language).
    • Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
    • 2+ years previous experience in a technical service position; preferably related to Food Service & Commercial Laundry Equipment.
    • Experience with HVAC / appliance repair
    • Experience in commercial food service
    • Tech experience on the cold side & hot side.


    • Excellent communication, customer service and presentation skills; written and verbal
    • Above average customer service and analytical skills for troubleshooting, technical support, and training; both written and verbal
