Business Development Manager 

Salon Only Sales is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team at  Western Wisconsin (25701) United States

The exciting lines and portfolio of brands that we have is a unique part of what we have compared to other independently owned distributors. 

Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will lead the delivery of sales results and build relationships with new and existing sales partners through account management, prospecting, and in-salon training and coaching.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Charismatic with strong communication and negotiation skills 
  • Consultative selling experience 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Must be highly organized, flexible, goal-oriented, and results-driven. 
  • Energetic and positive team approach

Experience: 

  • 2-5 years’ experience in the professional salon and/or beauty industry preferred.

Compensation:
  • $50,000 - $55,000 
  • commissions & incentives.
  • Paid vacation time. 
  • 401k with company match 
  • Paid mileage. 
  • Company iPad
