Business Development Manager:

Accurate Connections Inc. is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Plano, Texas.

About the Role:
The Marketing Manager builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing new business partnerships and by increasing sales from existing accounts.

  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities, mail chimp broadcasting, website updates, etc.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Monitor and assess impact of market, technology, product and competitive trends and incorporate into product roadmaps, product positioning, portfolio plans and related activities. Own and lead key initiatives that cross multiple products to ensure these initiatives meet product goals and strategies. 
  • Manage all suppliers including the marketing agency, mailing house, telemarketing agencies and print suppliers
  • Coordinates multiple client projects by meeting with sales professionals, approving and closing out task specifications and tracking results.
  • Ability to define and manage a set of goals involving diverse contributors and stakeholders
Qualification & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, other related field or equivalent work experience in a similar environment.
  • 5+ years of accomplished experience as a customer relationship manager.
  • Strong presentation skills and selling experience is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Highly passionate, productive & goal oriented.
