Marketing Manager

An ADP Client is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join the team in New Jersey

About the Role: 

We are seeking a multidisciplinary Marketing Manager who is comfortable working across multiple digital media platforms to design and execute programs to drive engagement that generate increased business. This marketer should be comfortable with marketing systems analysis and be proficient at identifying cause/effect relationships to continually optimize marketing programs. Great graphic design skills are a plus. This is a great opportunity to be an essential member of the company's corporate marketing team that will be key to the growth of our company.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for success of marketing activities for company in North America
  • Works closely with the regional management including Sales and Delivery Directors
  • Collaborates with the global marketing team on worldwide initiatives
  • Assists in the development and execution of a clearly articulated marketing strategy
  • Facilitates the implementation of social media lead generation campaigns and activities
  • Develops, coordinates, and implements marketing campaigns that include various types of marketing communications including press releases, client oriented direct mailings and employee outreach
  • Actively participates in the evolution of corporate identity and brand development
  • Continuously develops personal expertise in marketing automation and utilizes these skills to assist the Sales Director to expand and develop successful lead generation measures
  • Coordinates, conducts, and supervises market research and business intelligence activities to help reinforce and strengthen sales growth initiatives
  • Directs video conception, editing, filming and production in support of diverse marketing initiatives
  • Assists management in the planning, preparation, and execution of client and employee programs and activities to include regional meetings and award programs
  • Exercises strong leadership in the maintenance and further development of a state-of-the-art website presence and internet-based marketing activities
  • Assists in the development and rollout of graphic redesign initiatives
  • Develops coherent industry specific marketing materials for strategic targeted industries as well as all global industries served in North America

Qualifications, Education and Experience
  • Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Team player
