About the role

Supply Chain Analyst

We are currently seeking a full-time Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in our Raleigh-Durham location.

About the Role:
More than ever, healthcare supply chain and logistics managers are pressed to do more with less. More facilities – from network hospitals to physician offices. More SKUs. More pressure to control product and labor costs.  That’s why a growing number of health networks are choosing to do more with us.  In response to the market dynamics, and clients’ needs, we are expanding our onsite Supply Chain Analyst team for our key client, the Veteran’s Health Administration.

As an onsite Supply Chain Analyst with us, you will be responsible for working both independently and in a team, managing and optimizing our weighted bins system in an assigned VHA facility or facilities.  This automated inventory system, designed specifically for healthcare is comprised of both proprietary software and hardware.  The Supply Chain Analyst is a key member of both the Client Operations team and the client’s supply chain team and is a critical contributor to the client’s success.  You can expect to be working with both the clinicians and the supply chain teams on all aspects of the system from room design and installation to training, as well as maintaining the system.  In addition to the system maintenance, you will be working to optimize the client’s supply chain by using the PAR Excellence software to make recommendations to PAR levels, and to avoid stockouts.

The ideal candidate demonstrates flexibility, has an insatiable appetite for learning something new, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and has excellent customer service skills and follow up.  Newer college graduates and experienced healthcare supply chain professionals can both be successful in this role.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the Par Bins system at the assigned client location(s)
Provide analytical support for the assigned client
Analyze and present opportunities for supply chain efficiencies and savings, included, but not limited to spend reduction, inventory reduction, and labor reduction
In collaboration with Client Leadership, develop project plans to achieve agreed upon opportunities
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of Client Supply Chain Management with the agreement of Par Excellence Management

Our Ideal Candidate:
