Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Radiologic Associates of Fredericksburg, Ltd, is currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join their team in Richmond, Virginia 23030.

About the role: 

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will report to the Marketing Director and assist in collaborating with the executive team, third-party marketing company, and public relations firm to support the implementation of marketing strategies which include both digital and traditional marketing tactics. 
This position will support the mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives of the Practice and must demonstrate a commitment to quality service to patients, physicians, the public and co-workers

What you'll do:

Responsible for researching, writing, scheduling, and publishing content for social media and Practice websites to support and enhance the Practice’s brand and operations.  
Analyzes, reviews, and reports on effectiveness of digital, electronic, email and print campaigns (quantitative & qualitative).  
Creates, tracks, analyzes, and reports on relevant data and metrics for referring physician surveys, patient surveys, and online ratings.
Works with the Marketing Director, Physician Liaison, and Practice Site Directors on reputation management to maintain positive sentiment for Practice brands.  
Designs various print and digital collaterals, ensuring editorial and brand standards are met.
Supports the development, completion, and distribution of the Practice newsletter publications.  
Reviews, copyedits, and writes print content for a variety of marketing communication materials, including brochures, newsletters, advertisements, e-mail campaigns, and voice-over scripts.
Coordinates onsite and offsite marketing events. 
Prepares agendas and presentation materials for internal and external marketing meetings. 
Supports tracking and reviewing of marketing expenses and invoices, ensuring budgetary expectations are met. 
Orders and maintains inventory of educational, promotional, and various collateral materials. 
Supports maintenance of Practice referring provider mailing lists. 
Responsibilities may include up to 25% travel and other duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate:
Education and experience

Minimum education: BA/BS Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field required. 
Minimum of one year of social media monitoring/management platform experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
Excellent organizational skills and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
Must have experience with a variety of marketing platforms, including social, digital and email marketing.  
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel and Word. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay range of $46,000/- to $69,000/- commensurate with experience.
