About the role:

As the CSNA & Membership Marketing Program Manager you will contribute to ANA’s new member acquisition multi-channel marketing program, which produces at least $2 million in annual dues revenue and is the primary contributor to net membership growth. You will also participate in ANA’s member engagement and retention programs, which contributes at least $16 million in annual dues revenue. 


What you'll do:

  • Perform as liaison for field marketing with C/SNAs to ensure state-level integration of member acquisition and retention with national level efforts; assists C/SNAs with execution of state-based strategy and tactics
  • Work collaboratively with C/SNAs to track and communicate member acquisition, retention, and engagement efforts to maximize member growth and retention
  • Directly manage and implement C/SNA marketing and support plans and activities, as well as ANA initiatives focused on the C/SNA’s 
  • Work with departmental staff to track C/SNA websites, communications, strategies and alignment with ANA strategies 
  • Manage high priority state-based projects aligned with ANA key strategic initiatives that can benefit from C/SNA integration.  Ensuring strong C/SNA integration and communication of ANA strategic initiatives. Coordinates with key stakeholders across the Enterprise to ensure buy-in and accurate project execution of cross-functional projects.  
  • Develops tracking systems to evaluate utility and ROI of Constituent Relations and C/SNA Support provided for membership and generally 
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day production and execution of membership marketing and constituent relations support projects and programs

Our ideal candidate:
Education and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in marketing, component/chapter relations, English, Communication, or related field
  • At least six years of recent work experience in component relations, membership marketing with a pattern of increasing responsibility, and association and membership experience preferred 
  • Healthcare or nursing professional knowledge a plus.

  • Market and competitive research and analysis
  • Budget development and forecasting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
