Junior Project Manager
Q-railing USA is currently searching for a highly motivated and skilled Junior Project Manager to join our team in Tustin, CA 92780.

About the Role:
This position is a newly created position to strengthen the team of Q-railing USA, Co. The position will report to the Project/Operations Manager. The Junior Project Manager assists in the management of multiple projects while providing project management advice to companies and organizations. He/she will coordinate projects, and schedules, track the progress of projects and report their results.
What You’ll Do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.
- Oversee projects from client approval through execution to finalization
- Vendor management, including bending, powder coating, hardware etc.
- Understand the project requirements/scope of works/specifications etc.
- Liaise internally and externally as required to ensure smooth running of projects.
- Manage project expenses, including capital expense forecasting and purchase orders with vendors.
- Possess a basic understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to contribute to the development of new manufacturing processes.
- Use project management tools and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering or equivalent) is required. Master’s preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other drawing programs. 3D experience would be an asset
- Willing to travel (10-20%)
- Ability to work proactively and independently and to be a self-starter
- Should be able to identify risks and opportunities
