Business Development Manager

An ADP Client is actively seeking to add a Business Development Manager to their team.


Business Development Manager Job Responsibilities:

            Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

            Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

            Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

            Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

            Assist in coordinating new marketing initiatives.

            Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

            Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.

            Prospects potential business deals by contacting potential partners.

            Discovers and explores business opportunities.

            Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.

            Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.

            Estimates and anticipates partners’ needs and goals.

            Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.


This position is full time salesperson reporting to our Director of Sales.  Skyline offers a full range of benefits, including Health, Vision and Dental and Mental health.  The candidate will work remotely with some in person requirements for sales meetings.  The successful candidate will also need to plan some limited travel based on customer requirements and locations.

Education and Experience Requirements:

            BA/BS in business administration or a related field

            2 - 8 years of sales experience
